We Incorporated in 1992 as a Limited Company and from humble beginnings, Afriq engaged Non-Governmental Organisations, Private Sector, Manufacturers and Export Processing Zones, amongst others and its clientèle grew tremendously over the years.
Afriq has specialized in all areas of clearing and forwarding at all entry points e.g Jomo Kenyatta International airport, The Port of Mombasa, Border entry points and local airports and we do this for a wide range of clientèle
We have transported huge tonnages of cargo by Air, Sea and Road including last mile areas for purposes of relief: these include the Northern Kenya Circuit that is Lodwar, Lokichoggio, Kakuma & Dadaab refugee camps, Marsabit, Garissa and Wajir. We have also crossed borders into South Sudan, Northern Sudan, Somalia, Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Malawi, DRC Congo, Central Africa Republic and Liberia e.t.c
Afriq enjoys cordial relations with various local and International business partners. These include Major airlines, Shipping lines and chartered flights.
Other business support partners include Kenya Ports Authority through their various ports within the country which include Mombasa Port, Inland Container Deport – Embakasi (ICDE), Nairobi e.t.c
At the major airports that is, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Wilson Airport, e.t.c we do have handling partners such as African Cargo Handling Limited (ACHL), Swiss Port, Signon Group, several charter flight companies e.t.c
